The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, also known as the Harry Potter theme park will be opening in Spring 2010. A lot of information has been released with this date. You can view the information Here.

We would like to wish a very happy birthday to the woman who started this magical fandom. This woman has brought us Harry Potter, Ronald Weasley, and Hermione Granger. Without her, we would have no ronandhermionesource, without her, we would not have a fandom. We would not be shippers, there would be no shipping wars, or anything without her.

While we’re at it, we would also like to wish Harry Potter and Richard Griffiths a very happy birthday as well. Harry Potter is the main character in the series, and Richard Griffiths portrays Uncle Vernon in the movies.

We hope all three of them had a wonderful birthday!

Sooo….. I attended the midnight showing! Oh. My. Gosh. I LOVED it! It was sooo good, and jam packed with R/Hr moments!! It’s about 4am here, so I will be attempting to write a small list of spoilers tomorrow. Once I watch it for the 2nd time I think I will have a better review though. In a new interview with the Mail on Sunday, Rupert fills us in on his famous kiss with Emma Watson in Deathly Hallows, which took place a few weeks ago. He also touches base about his own personal love life and his concerns about having a long-lasting acting career after Harry Potter.

“We’ve known each other for 10 years so it was a bit like kissing my sister,” he told the Mail on Sunday.

“We were determined to get it right the first time, but our first try was a disaster because we both felt so self-conscious and we couldn’t stop laughing.”

On his real-life relationships:

“I’ve never been seriously involved with anyone. I’ve certainly never been in love. I’ve always preferred to keep things casual,” he said.

“It’s not that I find it hard to meet girls – they do come up and chat me up from time to time. Sometimes I’m interested, I tend not to go for the prettier ones. I prefer the quirkier types.”

And about his future:

“It’s always at the back of my mind that acting might come to an end for me when Harry Potter finishes. I don’t know if I’m good enough to have a long career,” he said.

“I’ve got a bit of an inferiority complex about my acting. My self-esteem is quite low in that sense.”

There has been a press release issued which gives information on the New York City Premiere taking place for Half Blood Prince.

It will take place on the 9th of July at the Ziegfeld Theatre in Manhattan.

Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, Bonnie Wright (Ginny Weasley), and Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy), have been reported to be there. David Yates, David Heyman, and David Barron will also be attending.

The celebrities and the actors are expected to be there at 6 PM and the screening is to be at 7 PM.

You can also now buy some Behind the Scenes DVD’s from the past five movies! They show great things like sets, props, costume design, and animal training, though I’m sure that’s not the extent of the content!

So, it’s been confirmed that Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will have a run time of 153 minutes, with a PG-13 rating. This is also going to be one of the longest Harry Potters, as most of them top up at 2 hours and 45 minutes.

Emma Waton has also become the offical face of the clothing company Burberry. This is what Burberry had to say about Emma:

Having known and admired the lovely Emma Watson for quite some time, she was the obvious choice for this campaign,” said Burberry’s creative director, Christopher Bailey.

He added: “I felt Emma would be strong enough to hold the campaign as the only girl, and I loved the idea of her being surrounded by these young, cool British guys.”

Also, it has been said that Emma was advised not to attend the Raisa Gorbachev chairty dinner last week because she had a minor back injury. That’s why we have no pictures!

RUMOR: Dan, Rupert, and Emma may only be able to attend the UK premiere of Hald-Blood Prince due to busy Deathly Hallows filming.
